Talking to it isn’t metered: we would rather you used it every day than counted your messages. The features that genuinely cost more to process — photos, video, voice — are paid for only if you use them, and we tell you how much beforehand.

Why isn’t the price on the website?
Because it depends on the size of the school and on the modules you add, and a single number would be wrong for almost everyone. Tell us how many instructors you are: we answer with the price, not with a request for a meeting.
Do I have to throw away the software I have?
No. You can import your customer records and run in parallel for one season. And if one day you leave, you take the data with you: it’s yours.
Who collects the online payments?
The school. You enter the payment provider credentials yourself, and the money lands in your account: it doesn’t pass through us.
Do I need a technician to get started?
No. You create the school, set up payment methods, instructors and price lists, and the Setup section tells you what is missing before the school can operate.
And electronic invoicing?
Mammut issues the numbered invoice, freezes its PDF and generates the FatturaPA XML ready to go. Filing with the exchange system and legal archiving stay with your accountant, exactly as they do today: you hand them the file and you’re done.
Where is the data kept?
The database is in the European Union, in Frankfurt. The files — photos, documents, backups — are on Cloudflare infrastructure, with the standard contractual clauses of GDPR Chapter V. It’s yours: you export it whenever you want, and the family downloads their own from the portal by themselves.
