Who you are contracting with
You buy the lesson or the course from Scuola Italiana Sci & Snow Paganella-Pradel, which delivers it with its own instructors. Mammut Board only provides the platform you book and pay with.
Booking and confirmation
The booking is confirmed when the payment succeeds: from that moment the instructor’s time is yours and nobody else can take it. If the payment does not go through, the time is released and you are charged nothing.
If you ask for a quote instead, your times are held for you until the deadline shown in the email: if you do not reply by then, they become available to others again.
Prices and payment
The price you see before paying is the final one: it comes from the school’s price list and already accounts for the duration, the number of people, the period and the time you picked. Payment happens on the provider’s secure site: the school never sees your card details.
If you change your mind
Cancellation and refund conditions are set by the school: ask before booking using the contacts below. If the lesson is called off by the school or because the lifts are closed, the school offers you a replacement or a refund.
On the snow
Show up at the meeting point written in your confirmation, on time and with suitable equipment. Safety on the slopes follows Italian law and the resort’s rules: the instructor may stop the lesson if conditions are not safe.
